Our services
Three categories of help, all from people you know and trust
Swipe to browse. Every helper, driver, and errand-runner is vetted before they can take a request.
Helpers come to your parent's home. Everything from cleaning to cooking to a bit of handyman work.
These are sample prices in Canadian dollars, shown so you can picture what a visit costs. Every service is billed the same way: a starting price that covers getting there and the first part of the visit, then a set charge for each extra 15 minutes, with a cap. A short visit is never charged more than the starting price.
Real prices depend on your parent's area and on the options you choose for each service. They are captured and shown to you inside the platform. Sign in to see the actual rates for their address, and you always see the full price before you confirm a booking.

How it works
Three steps, then your parent is covered
Tell us what you need
Browse the list below or ask your advocate what would help most right now. You do not need to figure everything out at once. One service at a time is fine.
A trusted, verified person shows up
Every helper and driver is vetted: ID-verified, background-checked, references called. Those who finish our training carry the iCaria Certified badge. Your parent only sees people your family has approved.
You see the whole visit
You get a notification when they arrive and when they leave. No guessing. No calling to check.
With a Family Advocate
When a plan ties it all together
Many families start by booking one service at a time. Over time, a pattern of regular visits becomes a routine, cleaning every Tuesday, a grocery run on Thursday, a ride to physio every second Friday. When your parent has a Family Advocate, that advocate works with your family to turn that pattern into a care plan: a written schedule your whole family can see, adjusted as your parent's needs change. A care plan means nothing falls through the cracks because everything is written down and tracked in one place.
Transparent pricing
You see the price before you confirm. Always.
- No hidden fees. The price you see at booking is the price you pay.
- Membership lowers your service fee. iCaria Basic members pay a lower platform fee on every booking.
- Your advocate helps you budget. If you have a Family Advocate, they can help you prioritize which services offer the most day-to-day relief within your budget.
Growing all the time
Don't see what you need? Tell us.
iCaria is still growing its service list. If there is something your parent needs that is not here, let us know. We read every suggestion.
