Service options
Pick the ones that matter for your parent when you book. You can choose several, and you can change them next time.
Post office, parcels and registered letters
Returning a purchase to a shop
Dry cleaning dropped off or collected
Library books returned or collected
A meal or restaurant order picked up
Household or medical supplies collected
Forms and documents dropped at an office
Not every provider offers every option. Once you have chosen, we show you the vetted providers near your parent who offer what you picked, best matches first, with the iCaria Certified badge shown where it has been earned. Which one comes is always your decision, and you can keep asking for the same person.
Who this is for
The small tasks that quietly do not get done, and the ones a family member currently drives across town to handle.
Good to know
One errand per booking keeps the price simple. If you have several, book a multi-stop errand run instead.
What it costs
This service starts at $20 in Canadian dollars, which covers getting there and the first part of the visit. Longer visits add a set charge for each extra 15 minutes, with a cap. A short visit is never charged more than the starting price.
That is a sample. Your parent's real price depends on their area and on the options you choose for the service, and you see it in the platform before you confirm anything.
Families also include these in their care plan
Most families do not book one service on its own. They build a monthly care plan, a few services on a regular rhythm, so their parent knows what to expect and the same trusted people keep coming back.
