A founder reads every application. We reply within one business day, by email, or by phone if you leave a number.
When care begins
We are in pre-launch, onboarding and certifying local providers now. Once your community has enough certified providers, we open its founding seats and first visits begin.
Who qualifies
Any family caring for a parent or loved one at home. Tell us where you are. We open community by community, and Founding Families get first access as we reach yours.
Who comes to the door
Independent local care professionals, every one iCaria Certified: identity verified, two references spoken with, a signed code of conduct, and training renewed every year. iCaria coordinates them and holds them to that standard.
If someone cancels
Your advocate arranges cover from the same small certified team and tells you right away. We would rather be honest about a delay than send an unvetted stranger.

We onboard and certify local providers before we open seats, so a Founding Family is never left waiting for care.
A Family Advocate where available
Where an advocate is available, they help you build a care profile and coordinate. This grows as the local network grows.
iCaria Together is not an emergency service, and it does not replace public home and community care such as Ontario Health atHome. Use every public service your parent qualifies for. iCaria covers the everyday non-medical help around them, with one accountable local person and updates your whole family can see.
