Do I have to pay to use iCaria?
No. You can use iCaria without a subscription; pay per service at standard rates. iCaria Basic membership saves you on every booking and includes a Family Advocate.
Is the Family Advocate a caregiver?
No. The advocate is a coordinator and a trusted human contact. Care is delivered by iCaria Certified helpers and drivers. The advocate helps you plan, reach out, and resolve issues in your language.
What if I start on my own and want a Family Advocate later?
You can switch any time. Join iCaria Basic, and an advocate from your parent's community is matched the same week.
