A Family Advocate is included, where one is available. Basic membership lowers the platform fee on At-Home Help, Drive-Me Help and Errands and Tasks.

Do I have to pay to use iCaria?
No. You can use iCaria without a subscription; pay per service at standard rates. iCaria Basic membership lowers the platform fee on At-Home Help, Drive-Me Help and Errands and Tasks, and includes a Family Advocate, where one is available.
Is the Family Advocate a caregiver?
No. The advocate is a coordinator and a trusted human contact. Care is delivered by vetted helpers and drivers. Those who have finished our training carry the iCaria Certified badge. The advocate helps you plan, reach out, and resolve issues in your language.
What if I start on my own and want a Family Advocate later?
You can switch any time.
