Built for community youth
iCaria is for the 18-to-24-year-old who is already helping a grandparent, an auntie, or a neighbour. You do not need a healthcare diploma. You do need patience, presence, and the language of the family.
The iCaria Certified credential is yours
Once you complete the four-pillar certification (KYC, two recommendations, signed agreement, paid training), the credential belongs to you. It travels with your work history. If you take time away and come back, your record is still there.
