How it works

One visit, one ride, one errand, on three phones

From the request to the review, as the family, the provider and the Family Advocate each see it, stage by stage. Nothing happens to your loved one that you cannot see.

Whose phone first

Stage 1 of 11

Request

The family books. Nobody is assigned yet. The provider sees it as an offer they can take; the advocate sees a row on the household's record and has nothing to do unless nobody answers.

Familyyou

The family's visit page: booked, awaiting a provider, and what happens next.

Provider

The provider's Offers page: the same visit as an offer, with the distance from their base and the languages, and Accept or Not this one.

Family Advocate

The advocate's household page: the booking is a row, Pending. It reaches their queue only if no provider responds in time.

The people and amounts are examples, in Canadian dollars. Real prices depend on your loved one's area and the options you choose, and you always see the full price before you confirm.
